Change or cancel your plan
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and find your invoices.
Upgrade or downgrade
Open Settings and go to Plan. Choose Monthly or Annual, then press Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. Checkout shows exactly what you will pay before you confirm.
Cancel
Press Cancel subscription on the same tab. Changed your mind? Resume subscription undoes it. When your account moves back to Free, your monthly credits go back to the Free amount and any credits you bought are locked until you have a paid plan again. Your projects are kept.
If a payment fails
Your account gets a grace period while your card is retried, and we email you about it. Press Update Card on the Plan tab before the grace period ends to keep your plan. If it ends without a successful payment, the account moves to Free.
Invoices and billing history
On the Plan tab, Billing History lists your past payments. Press Download PDF next to any of them for an invoice.
