Rate limits, busy periods, PDF uploads and billing errors.
“The AI service is at full capacity right now”
Many builds are running at once. Nothing was started and no credits were used. Wait a moment and try again.
"You're #2 of 5 waiting to build"
When it is busy, your build waits in a short line. It starts automatically; you do not need to refresh. Press Cancel to leave the line. Your message stays, and you can send it again later.
“Rate limit exceeded”
Too many requests were sent in a short time. Wait a minute, then send your message again.
“Couldn’t read this PDF”
Dunea could not pull text out of the file. This happens with scanned documents, which are pictures of text, and with password-protected PDFs. Try a different export of the file, or paste the important text into the chat instead.
“Couldn’t save automatically”
An automatic save did not go through, usually because of a brief connection drop. Check your internet connection and keep the tab open. Your last saved version is kept.
“Couldn’t load billing”
Your plan details did not load. Reload the page. If it keeps happening, email us or ask on Discord. Your plan and credits are not affected.
