Preview is blank or not loading
What to try when the preview shows a white screen, an error, or keeps spinning.
Try these in order
Wait for the build to finish
While Dunea is still writing your site, the preview can be empty or half-drawn. Wait until the chat says it is done.
Reload the preview
Reload the preview, or reload the whole browser tab. This fixes most blank screens.
Check for a message above the chat
If the preview is asleep or failed to start, a message explains it. See Sandbox went to sleep or Workspace failed to start.
Ask Dunea to fix it
If the preview shows an error, tell Dunea in plain words, for example: "The preview shows a blank white page. Please find and fix the problem." It can read the error and repair the code itself.
Go back to a version that worked
If a change broke something, restore the last version that looked right. See Undo and versions.
Browser extensions that block scripts or ads can stop the preview from loading. If nothing above works, try a private window or another browser.
