"Out of credits — build paused"
Your build stopped because you ran out of credits. Nothing is lost.
What you see: Out of credits — build paused
You ran out of credits mid-build — your progress is saved. Top up your credits, then hit Continue to finish where it left off.
What happened
Every build uses credits. When your balance reaches zero partway through a build, Dunea stops before it leaves you with a half-finished page that looks complete. Everything built so far is saved.
How to fix it
Get more credits
On a paid plan, buy a credit pack. See Buying extra credits. On the Free plan, upgrade to any paid plan first; Starter is the cheapest.
Go back to your project
Open the same project. The message is still there.
Press Continue
Continue picks the build up where it stopped. You do not need to write your request again.
If you see “No Credits Remaining”
This version appears when you try to start something new with an empty balance. The fix is the same: top up or upgrade, then send your message again. Monthly plan credits also refill on your renewal date.
Small changes like a colour, a size or a photo do not need credits at all. Use quick edits for those and save credits for bigger work.
