What uses credits, what is always free, and how to keep track.
What a credit is
Credits pay for the building work Dunea does for you. Bigger jobs use more: building a whole site uses more than changing one headline. How far your credits go depends on what you ask for.
What is always free
- Looking at and clicking around the preview
- Quick edits in Canvas mode: changing colours, sizes, spacing and images yourself
- Publishing, and publishing updates to a live site
- Browsing your projects and settings
How many you get
New accounts get 20 credits once, which is enough for three or four simple websites, or one bigger site with a few rounds of changes. Paid plans refill every month: Starter 20, Growth 100, Pro 300. Paid plans can also buy more at any time. See Plans compared.
Keeping track
Click your profile at the bottom of the left sidebar to see Credits left. In Settings, the Credit usage tab has a day-by-day chart of what you used.
Making credits last
- Put your real details in the first message, so fewer rounds are needed.
- Group related changes into one message instead of sending them one by one.
- Use quick edits for small wording and colour changes.
- If a change goes wrong, restore an earlier version instead of asking Dunea to undo it.
