Building your site

Canvas mode

A full-screen visual editor for your page, with an edit history.

Canvas mode opens your page full-screen as a visual editor, a bit like a design tool. It is where quick edits happen.

Open and close it

Press Canvas in the preview toolbar. You see Select an element to begin. Press Exit or Esc to leave.

Edit history

Every change you save in Canvas mode is kept. Press Edit History to see the list, then Restore on any earlier version to go back to it.

Quick edits (no credits)

Change text colour, size, spacing and images yourself in Canvas mode, without using credits.

Undo and versions

Look at an older version, go back to it, or branch off to try another idea.
